Marketing Executive

We are looking for a talented Marketing Executive to join a fast paced and innovative team based in Kilkenny. You will help to develop campaigns and events to promote our consumer pet ranges according to trends and customer requirements.

The ideal candidate will have a passion for marketing and will have an abundance of ideas for building efficient strategies to promote our product ranges and public image.

The key objective for this role is to reach out to the market and cultivate consumer interest in our products in ways that strengthen our reputation and facilitate our continuous growth.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Organise and oversee advertising/communication campaigns, exhibitions and promotional events
• Write copy for marketing distributions (brochures, press releases, website material, packaging etc.)
• Maintain relationships with media vendors and trade clients to ensure collaboration in promotional activities
• Planning and development of materials for new product launches
• Monitor progress of campaigns using various metrics and submit reports of performance
• Collaborate with managers in preparing budgets and monitoring expenses

The Candidate:

• Proven experience as marketing executive or similar role
• Good understanding of digital marketing techniques, data analysis and statistics methods
• Proficient in MS Office and marketing software (Eg Klaviyo)
• Familiarity with social media and web analytics
• Excellent communication and people skills
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities
• Creativity and commercial awareness
• BSc/BA in marketing, business administration or relevant discipline
