Rebecca Watson

Rebecca graduated with a MSc in Equine Science and is also a Registered Veterinary Nurse (RVN) with the Royal College of Veterinary Surgeons. A qualified Veterinary Nurse for over 20 years,  Rebecca spent 15 spent of these in Equine Practice on the Curragh in Co. Kildare, and has extensive experience in racing, stud and sport horse medicine, surgery and nutrition.

“I love horses and I love to travel, my job at RED MILLS allows me to embrace both of these passions. I get to travel all over the world meeting top class trainers, owners and horses. Mixing with people who are as passionate about the equestrian world as I am. What is not to like?!”

Outside of work Rebecca loves to go racing – both Flat and National Hunt. “I live within walking distance of Punchestown and am often to be found at Naas, Leopardstown or The Curragh. I also love a good day out hunting (whenever I can beg or borrow a horse!)”
