Agri Business Sales Rep – Leinster Region
Role Overview:
We are currently seeking a motivated and results-driven Agri Sales Representative to join our team in the Leinster region. This is an exciting opportunity for a commercially focused individual with a strong understanding of the Irish agricultural sector to play a key role in driving regional growth and strengthening customer relationships.
The successful candidate will be responsible for developing new business opportunities, managing existing accounts, and delivering on agreed sales and revenue targets, while supporting the wider sales team.
Key Accountabilities:
- Maximise the commercial performance and profitability of the assigned region
- Successfully implement and report on the regional operational plan
- Develop and execute a proactive new business growth strategy
- Achieve agreed sales targets and ensure timely revenue collection
- Build strong, long-term relationships with customers and key stakeholders
- Provide effective operational and sales support to colleagues across the wider sales team
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity within the region
Skills, Experience & Qualifications:
- Degree in Agricultural Science, Business, or a related discipline
- Proven understanding of and hands-on experience within the Irish agricultural industry
- Strong commercial awareness with an entrepreneurial mindset and drive to succeed
- Excellent planning, organisational, and time-management skills
- Confident communicator with the ability to build trusted customer relationships
- Positive, enthusiastic, and resilient approach in a target-driven environment
- Ability to work independently while contributing effectively to a team
